I realize that life can change in an instant and people get sick. I have created the following cancellation policy in an attempt to be fair to all involved.   

Cancellation 20 days prior to the event will receive a refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee.

Cancellation 5 to 19 days prior will receive a refund minus a $20 cancellation fee.

Cancellation less then 5 days prior to the event will receive a $10 credit toward the next crop (to be used within 1 year), no refunds. 

No shows will not receive a refund or credit.  No shows are anyone who does not show up for an event or does not notify us prior to the event. 

Instead of cancelling you may send someone in your place.  You are responsible to collect payment from them and inform Barb's Scrapbook Corner of the change in registrar name.  Changes must be in written format and sent via email or letter mail.  We cannot allow entrance to someone who is not on our list.  Please be sure to send us any changes before the day of the event. Thanks.

Release & Cancellation:

I hereby release Barb’s Scrapbook Corner employees and volunteers of all liability, damages, costs and expenses of any kind that may arise as a result of my attendance at the 2008 Crop on September 12 and 13, 2008 at Glenlee Community Centre.  I will not hold Barb’s Scrapbook Corner employees and volunteers responsible for lost, damaged or stolen goods. 

I understand that if I cancel my registration before August 30, 2008 I will receive refund minus a $5 cancellation fee..  If I cancel after December 30August 30, 2008 I understand that I will receive refund minus a $10 cancellation fee).  I understand that I can send someone in my place and I am responsible to collect payment from them.  I understand that all cancellations and registration transfers must be sent in written format to info@themecrops.com or Barb’s Scrapbook Corner, Box 115, Landmark, Manitoba, R0A 0X0 by September 11, 2008.  No shows will not receive a refund.  No shows are anyone who does not cancel before September 11, 2008 and does not show up at the crop September 12 & 13, 2008.
