It's time to relax, crop and have some fun!

Things to Note:

  • Please note that your points will never expire. Some of you may take a year to hit the first level and some may take three. No problem! I will keep track of it all on my computer.
  • All points will begin accumulating with the first crop of 2009 (February 6 & 7) so some of you have already earned points and are on your way to becoming a Diva!
  • If you have attended two or more of my previous themecrop events (not including the Feb 6 & 7, 2009 crop) you will receive a bonus point.
  • I have also started the "Refer a Friend" Program where you can earn money towards your cropping fees. You can even earn a free crop! Not only that but your friend will receive a small welcome gift too.  All the details are below.

Reward Points:

Point System:

Attend 1 Crop Day = 1 point (attend Friday OR Saturday only)
Attend 2 Crop Days = 2 points (attend Friday & Saturday)

Little Diva = 6 points
Crop Princess = 12 points
Croppin’ Queen = 16 points

Rewards:

Little Diva = Entry into the Little Diva Prize Draw (only available to Little Diva’s) & a little gift when you achieve this level.

Crop Princess = Entry into Crop Princess Draw (only available to Crop Princess’) & small gift when you achieve this level.

Croppin’ Queen = Entry into Crop Queen Draw (only available to Crop Queen’s) & gift when you achieve this level & 5% off all future crops.

Please note that gifts may vary with different crops (value will always be the same, I may not be able to get the exact same gift each time)

Refer-a-Friend

Refer a friend:
• Register and pay for your crop.
• Please contact me or have your friend contact me (Barb) BEFORE the Crop you are attending to let me know that you referred them.  
• $5.00 (full weekend) or a $2.50 (one day) rebate will be distributed at the crop and your friend will get a mini gift (you both must be in attendance).

Please note:  This program is available to people who have already attended a Theme Crop event and are on my attendance list.  Maximum Rebate is $40 or the cost of the crop (food costs not included).  Your friend has to be new, meaning they have never attended a Themecrops event (all have been held at Glenlee Community Centre so far).
